• The Foundation is not responsible for personal belongings, health issues, or accidents during events.

3. Donations

• All donations made to the Foundation are non-refundable.

• Donation receipts will be provided as per government norms.

• Funds will be utilized only for charitable and social purposes aligned with our mission.

4. Use of Content

• All event details, photographs, and reports shared on our website/social media are the property of the Foundation.

• You may share them for awareness, but commercial use without permission is not allowed.

5. Code of Conduct

• Volunteers and participants are expected to maintain discipline, respect, and ethical behavior during events.

• Any misconduct may lead to removal from the activity.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• While we take utmost care in organizing safe and impactful events, Sanjeevani Foundation will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses arising during participation.
